Hoteliers for 3 generations, the Scally family, are the proprietors of Hayfield Manor, Great Southern Killarney, Killarney Royal Townhouse & St. Helen's hotels. Each property in the Scally Hotel Collection is distinctive, classically styled and renowned for the finest service levels, where exceeding the expectations of guests is of the utmost priority. As lifelong hoteliers, Joe & Margaret have had the pleasure of welcoming guests for many years. Killarney Royal Townhouse, the 4 star boutique hotel, is the original property of the collection, the five star Hayfield Manor in Cork, opened its doors in 1996, in November 2014, the Scally Family purchased the Great Southern, a beautiful 4 star Victorian hotel also situated in Killarney, dating back to 1854 and in 2025, the Scally Family added St. Helen's in Dublin, a five start retreat located just outside the city centre dating back to the 1750's.
